ANZ Electric’s website allows business users to attach one project package of up to 2 GB to an RFQ. The workflow is designed to avoid placing customer files in a public website directory and to restrict how the resulting download link can be used.
Upload Workflow
You Select A File
You choose a Gerber, BOM, drawing or compressed project package and provide the associated inquiry information.
Private Upload
The attachment is transferred over the website’s encrypted connection into private Cloudflare R2 object storage.
Controlled Review
Authorised recipients use an expiring link designed for one-time access to retrieve the package for review.
The file package is used with your inquiry details so the team can understand the correct project, revision, scope and contact.
Current Website Controls
Encrypted Connection
The upload interface uses HTTPS/TLS so data is encrypted while moving between your browser and the website endpoint.
Private R2 Bucket
Uploaded attachments are placed in private Cloudflare R2 storage rather than exposed as public media-library files.
Expiring Links
Download access is issued through a time-limited link rather than a permanent public object address.
One-Time Access
The download workflow is designed so a generated link can be consumed once, reducing continued link exposure.
Access & Permitted Use
Submitted files and project details are intended to be accessed only by personnel and approved service providers who need the information to:
- Review the inquiry and clarify technical requirements.
- Assess manufacturability, sourcing, assembly, testing and delivery scope.
- Prepare or revise a quotation.
- Plan or execute services after commercial acceptance.
- Meet quality, record-keeping, legal, dispute or security requirements.
Access needs may involve relevant teams in Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Israel or another approved location supporting the project. Personal information associated with files is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Retention & Deletion
The expiration of a download link does not necessarily delete the underlying object. Project files may be retained while an inquiry, quotation, manufacturing program, quality record or legal requirement remains active.
Retention depends on the project status, contract, record type and applicable obligations. When information is no longer reasonably needed, ANZ Electric takes appropriate steps to delete, anonymise or restrict it, subject to technical backup cycles and lawful preservation requirements.
You may request deletion by contacting us. We will evaluate the request against active project, legal, quality, contractual and dispute-preservation needs.
Your File-Security Responsibilities
You can help reduce risk before and after upload:
- Upload only the controlled revision intended for ANZ Electric’s review.
- Remove unrelated personal, financial, credential or sensitive information not needed for the project.
- Confirm that you own the files or are authorised to disclose them.
- Scan archives and attachments for malware before submission.
- Use a trusted device, current browser and secure network.
- Do not forward download notifications or access links.
- For password-protected archives, communicate the password through a separate agreed channel.
- Tell us before upload if export controls, defence restrictions, regulated health data or exceptional access requirements may apply.
Do not use the upload system for unlawful content, credentials, payment-card data or information unrelated to a genuine business inquiry.
Confidentiality & Mutual NDA
Selecting the confidentiality acknowledgement requests that submitted project information be treated as confidential business information and used for inquiry evaluation, quotation and manufacturing-feasibility review.
- Access is limited to people and approved providers who need the information for those purposes.
- Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are applied.
- Information already public, lawfully known, lawfully received from another source or independently developed may be excluded.
The online acknowledgement is not a substitute for a separately negotiated mutual NDA. If both parties sign a mutual NDA, its terms take precedence within its scope.
Security Incidents & Limitations
No method of transmission, storage or access control can guarantee absolute security. ANZ Electric uses reasonable safeguards and will assess suspected incidents in accordance with applicable obligations and the circumstances of the event.
If you suspect that a project file, upload notification or link has been exposed:
- Do not continue sharing or attempting to use the affected link.
- Contact ANZ Electric promptly with the project name, approximate time and relevant facts.
- Do not include additional confidential files in the incident report unless requested through an agreed channel.
Questions, Special Handling & Requests
For file-security questions, deletion requests, suspected incidents or project-specific handling requirements, contact us before uploading or as soon as an issue is identified.
For personal-information questions connected with a file, see the Privacy Policy. Use of the upload interface is also subject to the Terms of Use.
