By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you submit an inquiry on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. Separate quotation, purchase order, NDA, quality agreement or manufacturing terms take precedence where they address the same subject.

Contact us for current, project-specific information before relying on a website statement for purchasing or design decisions.
Permitted Use
You may view and use the website for legitimate business evaluation, project planning and communication with ANZ Electric. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, files or security controls.
- Upload malware, harmful code, unlawful content or material that infringes another party’s rights.
- Interfere with website availability, probe security without written authorisation, or automate access in a manner that creates unreasonable load.
- Misrepresent identity, authority, project ownership, regulatory status or the source of submitted information.
- Copy, republish, scrape or exploit substantial website content for competing commercial use without permission.
RFQs, Quotations & Orders
A website inquiry or uploaded file package is a request for review. It is not an offer that ANZ Electric is obliged to accept and does not create a manufacturing, supply or engineering contract.
You are responsible for supplying accurate, complete and current specifications. Changes to revision, quantity, materials, testing, compliance scope or delivery requirements may affect feasibility, price and schedule.
Uploaded Materials
When you upload or send technical files, you confirm that:
- You own the materials or have authority to share them for project evaluation and manufacturing purposes.
- The materials do not unlawfully disclose another party’s trade secrets, personal information or intellectual property.
- You have taken reasonable steps to remove malware and to identify the correct controlled revision.
- You will clearly identify special confidentiality, export-control, security, regulatory or handling requirements before work begins.
You retain ownership of your submitted materials. You grant ANZ Electric and necessary approved participants a limited right to access, copy, review and use them for the requested evaluation, quotation, project execution, record keeping and related lawful purposes.
Read the File Security page before submitting sensitive project files.
Confidentiality
Where you select the website confidentiality acknowledgement, you request that submitted information be treated as confidential business information and used for evaluation, quotation and manufacturing-feasibility purposes.
This online notice does not replace a separately negotiated mutual non-disclosure agreement. Information that is already public, lawfully known without restriction, received lawfully from another source, or independently developed may fall outside confidentiality obligations. A mutual NDA signed by authorised representatives takes precedence where it applies.
Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, downloads and original technical content are owned by or licensed to ANZ Electric and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may print or save limited copies for internal evaluation. No ownership or licence is granted except that limited permission. ANZ Electric names, logos and branding may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
Third-Party Links & Services
The website may link to external standards bodies, technical resources, map services, platforms or other websites. External content is provided for convenience and may change without notice. ANZ Electric does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or terms.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, ANZ Electric does not warrant that website content is error-free, complete, continuously available or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANZ Electric will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Project-specific liability, warranty, quality, delivery and remedy obligations are governed by the written agreement applicable to that project, not by this general website notice.
Governing Law, Changes & Contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply under another jurisdiction. Subject to any agreed dispute-resolution clause, disputes concerning these terms are subject to the courts of Singapore.
We may update these terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. Continued use after publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
